The 10th annual memoryBlue Alumni of the Year program is complete! With over 1000 impressive alumni flooding the professional high-tech sales universe, taking home the 2024 title was competitive!
This award program is our signature way of showing appreciation for the impact 1000+ memoryBlue alumni are making in the high-tech industry.
Our alumni are some of the most driven, dedicated, accomplished sales professionals in existence, and we’re incredibly proud of what they continuously achieve. The winner was unveiled during our Q1 “State of the Elephant” Town Hall on April 5, 2024.
The winner of our most prestigious alumni honor earns a $5,000 dream vacation on us along with the accolades that come with joining the select group of prior victors.
We will also hang a banner celebrating the achievement in each of our offices — letting every memoryBlue visitor and employee know just how much this accomplishment means. Finally, the 2024 winner will get a conference room named after him/her in one of our offices.
Each former Alumni of the Year award winner holds a vote. These accomplished sales pros had what it took to get themselves to the mountaintop, so their input is always crucial every time we determine the next person to join their ranks!
Finally, our panel of Star Judges votes on the finalists, and we include our regular “People’s Choice” popular vote, which gives everyone a chance to have input.

Congratulations to our 2024 Alumni of the Year winner, Toby Haertl! In his decade-long sales career, Toby has consistently showcased outstanding performance, achieving an incredible 867% of quota attainment in a direct sales role selling to F1000/Global 500 large enterprise clients. His achievements include securing close to $20M of a $2.25M direct quota and over $107M in Total Contract Value (TCV), marking the highest quota attainment in company history.
But Toby’s impact goes beyond sales numbers. He’s a leader both within and outside his organization, co-founding an organization that promotes thought leadership and networking opportunities for the advancement of technology. His commitment to giving back is evident through his involvement in various charities, including initiatives supporting children living in poverty and research for muscular dystrophy.
As an ambassador for memoryBlue, Toby’s commitment is unwavering. He embodies the memoryBlue model, advocating for its services and mentoring aspiring sales professionals.
