memoryBlue seeks a passionate leader to oversee and grow an existing team of talent acquisition professionals while serving on the company’s leadership team.
Over the last 15 years, we’ve launched hundreds of careers for high-tech sales professionals from our Tysons (VA), Austin (TX), and Silicon Valley (CA) locations. As we prepare to open our fourth office in Boston (MA), we need a “talent whisperer” to install a talent acquisition process that scales while also leading the team responsible for hiring our high potential sales talent.
As part of your responsibility, you will join the existing leadership team of seven executives in creating the company’s future through active participation in weekly leadership meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews. In fact, we’re insisting on people who wouldn’t want to work anywhere unless they had a seat at the leadership table.
In 2017, our team hired nearly 180 people. 75% of the hires were “start now” while 25% were “future starts” originating from target college campuses. Hiring levels will increase 20 – 25% in 2018 as the company continues to grow. Campus recruiting is a major priority and we want “future starts” to account for at least 40% of hires.
Your input will help set our strategy and your track record of managing metrics, installing KPIs, and coaching others is how we will select the right professional.
